Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Yes, they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But if you are like me, who is too lazy to make breakfast in the morning, I have got a simple but nutritious smoothie recipe for you. All you need is a blender and a few ingredients which takes you less than 3 minutes to prepare. The macros are 302 cal, 26g carbs, 8g fat and 5g protein.


1 banana (100g) 

2 teaspoon of peanut butter (10g) 

1 tablespoon of greek yogurt (17g) 

Half cup of water

    Blend & enjoy.
