We are glad to have the opportunity to work with model Luci Mendes in the recent photo shoot of our Earthy Collection. Confident, passionate and authentic, Luci has all it takes to be a supermodel, despite being shorter than average model. Her energetic and friendly personality made
the photo shoot an easy-breezy one.
Aside from the shoot, we also asked Luci a few questions about her career and goals.
What countries do you wish to visit and why?
I’ve been in love with the thrill of going to new places and meeting new people since my first trip to China. I wish to visit as many countries as I could but if I were to pick my next destination, I’d love to visit the United States.
What is your favourite thing to do during your free time?
I used to play video games in my free time. But I’ve become more of an active person recently. I love to skate, exercise and yoga with my favourite songs playing in the background.
Who is your favourite female role model and why?
My favourite role model is Sandra Passos. She is an inspiration to me not only as a professional model, but also as a wonderful person. I’ve learned a lot from her and I am very grateful for the opportunity I had.
What is your life motto?
My life motto is “Be thankful and stop complaining”. It truly inspires me to be happy and grateful for what I have, instead of complaining about what I do not have.
What is the favourite part you love about yourself?
I think the favourite thing i love about myself is my determination. When I have my goal set, I will give my best to get it done and I do not give up easily.
If you were a colour, what would you be?
I would be blue, it's my favourite colour. It reminds me of the blue beautiful sky that brings me good vibes and peace.
What is your current goal?
My current goal is to develop my career as a model by learning as much as I can every day.
What advice would you give other women?
I am all about body positivity. I think everyone is beautiful and they should not see themselves anything less than that. I know sometimes it’s hard with the unrealistic beauty standard the society has, but we must all learn to love, and care for ourselves.
