Paleo bliss ball

Looking for a pre-workout snack that can fuel up your workout but not too filling at the same time? Try this quick and easy bliss ball recipe!

It is packed with nutrients like B vitamin from almond, almond butter and peanut butter, Omega-3 fatty acids that can be found in chia seeds and tons of minerals.

It is 130 kcal per ball, consisted of healthy fats, low GI carbs and protein.

What makes this bliss ball a great pre-workout snack?

B vitamin helps converting food into energy and omega-3 fatty acids can reduce muscle soreness and increase range of motion. 

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups dates
80g oats
30g almonds
20g sunflower seeds
20 chia seeds
2 teaspoon almond butter
2 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon peanut butter

Instructions

Process the dates until they form into a paste.

Mix and heat up peanut butter, almond butter and honey.

Mix all the ingredients. Scoop the dough and roll them between your hands to form balls. 

Place the balls on a tray and freeze them for 2 hours.

Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
