Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
2 cups dates
20g sunflower seeds
20 chia seeds
2 teaspoon almond butter
2 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon peanut butter
Process the dates until they form into a paste.
Mix and heat up peanut butter, almond butter and honey.
Mix all the ingredients. Scoop the dough and roll them between your hands to form balls.
Place the balls on a tray and freeze them for 2 hours.
Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
