Express Shipping (2-7 working days) - ranging from $10 to $35
Shipping will be calculated after your address is entered, it’s free when you spend $180 and above.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
After an order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier for more information.

Standard Shipping - Hong Kong e-Express
Express Shipping - All orders within metro areas are sent via DHL Express. EMS is used for deliveries to locations within remote areas and can take up to 14 working days.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after your order has been placed. It may take longer than that to deliver to addresses in remote location areas. There can be occasional external factors beyond our control which may affect your delivery time frame.
WILL I NEED TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?Items in your order may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties levied by the destination country (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by XXIV Active, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
