We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed via PayPal to keep your information securely encrypted.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All products are priced in US Dollars (USD). All transactions will be charged in USD and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via a third party warehouse. Read here for more shipping information.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
After clicking on the checkout button on your cart page, you will be prompted to enter your information and review your order (order summary). A discount code can be entered in the order summary.
Please note that discount codes are not applicable to any sale or promotional items.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
You can find a size chart in the description section of each product page. As all our products have a unique size chart, please look at each of them before adding to cart. If you need more assistance in choosing a size, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE?
Some items can sell out really quickly and we cannot guarantee if any of them will be restocked. If you wish to see the item(s) to be back in stock, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT FABRICS ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
We use a variety of high quality performance fabrics including polyester/spandex and nylon/spandex. Our fabrics are soft and buttery smooth to the touch, yet durable and moisture wicking.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN?
We understand that it can be really frustrating when the tracking status says delivered but you did not receive it. There are a few things you can do:
1. Check with anyone who may possibly have signed the package on behalf of you.
2. Check your mailbox/concierge.
If you still do not receive the package after 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that they aren’t right for you. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on orders provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order and meets our return policy.
All returns and exchanges need to be sent to our return warehouse in Hong Kong.

In XXIV Active, we believe quality is everything. We strive to ensure the fabric, performance and craftsmanship of our products are of the highest standard and quality. If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Including a few pictures of the problem area will help us understand it better.
