WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed via PayPal and Shopify to keep your information securely encrypted.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?
All products are priced in US Dollars (USD). All transactions will be charged in USD and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
It depends on your order status hence we can't provide a definite yes or a hard no. Please email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to help you.
WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS?
You can check on your order status in the confirmation email we sent. If you did not receive it, please check your spam inbox or email us. You can also log in to find your order status if you have a registered account.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
After checking out from the cart page, you will be prompted to enter your information and review your order. A discount code can be entered under the order summary. Please note that some discount codes are not applicable to sale or promotional items.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR INSTRUCTORS?
Absolutely! We love supporting women who teach and practice, just our way of saying thanks. Kindly email your name, IG handle, and a copy of your fitness certification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Each product is unique and has its own size chart which can be found below the product description on each product page. If you'd like some help with choosing, we're happy to help!
WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE?
Some items can sell out really quickly and we cannot guarantee if any of them will be restocked. If you wish to see certain item(s) to be back in stock, let us know at email@example.com.
WHAT FABRICS ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Choosing the right fabric is a big part of the design process we're passionate about. We carefully select our materials for their optimal stretch, feel and performance qualities to reflect your active lifestyle. Read fabric information for more info.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS STOLEN?
We understand it can be a frustrating process, but here are a few things you can do:
1. Check with a neighbour or a family member who may have signed the package on your behalf
2. Check your mailbox/concierge
3. Contact the courier company to file for a claim
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that they aren’t right for you. We are happy to accept returns on orders within 30 days of receiving your order, please see Returns for more info.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We believe quality is everything — with no compromise on fun and functionality. But mistakes happen and we're all human. If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately, including a few pictures of the problem area will help us understand it better.
